This project involved obtaining resource consent for subdivision for a multi stage subdivision on a former camping ground. The project also involved gaining land-use consent for an existing short term residential unit complex located on an independently serviced site. Barr and Harris Surveyors Ltd completed earthworks and discharge consents, subdivision and land-use consents. Completed engineering design, contract supervision, and legal survey.
